HTC HD7.
This is the first mobile phone that I've seen which addresses the issue of that need to prop up your phone/device when viewing movies or if you're just durn tired of holding the durn thing all the time. It provides an integrated kickstand via the camera lens cover. I haven't seen this thing in the real life, so I'm not sure how well it actually works and it does look a bit odd as a kickstand. I do think that it's a good approach to address the "how do I prop this thing up" issue present with these devices. HTC is actually doing it through the design of the object itself rather than leaving up to the accessory aftermarket. No doubt some people will still want to put a case on this thing and it will be interesting if any of them accommodate this kickstand. What do you think? Is this a novel approach or is it just novelty?
